The rules for using ImageWave, purchasing credits and managing your content.

1. ImageWave and the service
ImageWave is the operating brand of the AI image translation service available at imagewave.ai. In these Terms, ‘ImageWave’, ‘we’ and ‘us’ refer to the operator of that service. These Terms govern your use of the website and its available image-processing tools. By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.
The service lets you submit images for AI-assisted translation and download available results. Supported languages, tools, file limits and processing availability are shown in the product. Review these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy before purchasing or uploading content.
2. Accounts and access
Some features require an account. Registration currently requires a valid invitation. Use accurate account information, keep your login credentials and API keys confidential, and use only accounts and files you are authorized to access. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized activity. You must meet the age and consent requirements applicable where you live.
3. Your content and permissions
You retain your rights to the images and text you upload. You give ImageWave the limited permission needed to store, process and transmit that content to the service providers involved in fulfilling your request, and to make the result available to you. We do not claim ownership of your uploaded content.
Upload only content you have the right to use and process. Translating or editing an image does not grant new rights in someone else’s images, text, trademarks or other protected material. You are responsible for checking the rights needed for your intended use of the output.
4. Payments, credits and cancellations
ImageWave currently offers one-time credit packs, not automatically renewing subscriptions. A pack described as monthly has a stated validity period; it does not authorize recurring charges. Buying another pack is a separate purchase. There is no recurring subscription to cancel under these packs.
Prices, currency, included credits and validity are displayed before purchase. Credits are service-use units, not cash, and cannot be withdrawn or transferred between accounts. Eligible accounts may receive one welcome allocation of 300 credits, valid for seven days; it is not a daily grant.
A new image and target-language combination uses 100 credits. Credits are reserved before processing and settled when a downloadable result is available. Failed or cancelled processing returns the associated credits after processing has stopped and the outcome has been confirmed. Downloading an existing result or replaying the same existing task does not create a new translation charge.
If a checkout identifies Paddle as the seller, Paddle acts as Merchant of Record for that transaction and its buyer terms and refund policy also apply. The seller and payment method shown at checkout identify the applicable payment arrangement. A payment is credited after verification with the payment provider.

5. AI output and availability
AI output can contain mistranslations, omissions, altered numbers, layout issues or background-repair artifacts. A downloadable file is not a certification of content quality. Compare it with the original and review it before publishing or relying on it in an important context.
The service depends on software, hosting and third-party processing providers. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free AI results. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights, remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Acceptable use
Do not submit unlawful, infringing, fraudulent or privacy-invasive content. Do not attack the service, bypass access controls or usage limits, collect other users’ content, or misuse credentials or APIs. We may restrict access where necessary to address abuse, security incidents or legal requirements; applicable payment and consumer rights remain unaffected.
7. Updates and questions
We may update these Terms as the service changes. The effective date appears above. Material changes will be communicated where required, and changes do not remove mandatory rights or retrospectively change the terms of a completed purchase.
